BIDDING GOING ON NOW AND ENDS APRIL 8, 2023. ENDING TIMES STAGGERD FROM 6:00PM-9:00PM
DRIVE DAYS! Friday April 7th & Saturday April 8th from 9am-4pm. Personnel will be on-site at with keys so potential buyers can inspect the motorized vehicles (trucks, tractors, pickers, etc).
PAYMENT: Clerks will be on site Sunday, April 9, 2023, at 9:00am and each day until Friday, April 14, 2023, to check you out; CASH AND CHECKS ONLY; NO CREDIT CARDS
LOADOUT: There are a lot of items on this sale, and we expect traffic to be heavy at first. We would like to ask people that have bought small items (hand pick up) to come first and have these items removed. This way, loaders can work Sunday evening and the rest of the week on larger items.
SALES TAX: THE BULK OF THIS SALE IS IN VIRGINIA. HOWEVER, SOME LOTS ARE LOCATED IN NORTH CAROLINA; North Carolina requires sales tax be paid unless the buyer has a NC tax exempt number. Please be prepared to present that number when paying and do not assume we have your number on file.
