•  PAYMENT INFORMATION: CLERKS WILL BE ON SITE (SUNDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2024, THRU TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024) (LOCATIONS OF CLERKS: 595 MEADS TOWN ROAD, ELIZABETH CITY, NC AND 1232 CAMPGROUND ROAD, ELIZABETH CITY, NC) Any other payments can be made at the main office (136 SOUTH GARRIS STREET, LASKER, NC 27845) OR by mail (PO BOX 300, RICH SQUARE, NC 27869). If paying by mail: Before equipment can be picked up, you must have a MARKED PAID INVOICE. Upon receiving payment, a paid invoice will be sent to the email address on file .in our bidding system and at that point equipment may be picked up. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN ON SITE, IN THE OFFICE, OR OVER THE PHONE. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID ONLINE. PLEASE SEE LINK ON INVOICE TO PAY ONLINE. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS HAVE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE, DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS HAVE NO CONVENIENCE FEE.
  After 3 days of sale date, if there is no communication with Rich and Rich Auctioneers about your purchase, your credit card on file will be charged for your purchases.
  

• LOADER INFORMATION: Loaders will be on site (MONDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2024, THRU TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024) HAND PICK UP ITEMS AND PULL AWAY ITEMS YOURSELF WILL BE SUNDAY, DECEMBER 8TH ON ALL LOCATIONS.(LOCATIONS OF LOADERS: 595 MEADS TOWN ROAD, ELIZABETH CITY, NC AND 1232 CAMPGROUND ROAD, ELIZABETH CITY, NC)

 After 14 days of no equipment pick-up, a storage fee of $10 a day will be charged.  

• SALES TAX: North Carolina requires sales tax be paid unless the buyer has a NC tax exempt number. Please be prepared to present that number when paying and do not assume we have your number on file. North Carolina does not charge tax on title vehicle
  

• All Title Vehicles will require a $25 title fee that will be added to your invoice. Titles will be mailed (Certified Mail) and have a processing time of at least 14 days before they will be mailed out. If you would like to pick up your title before that time frame, you can come to our office and personally pick up your title.
